What we collect
When you sign in with Google we store the name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. When you post or apply to a job we store what you typed, including your profile link, follower count, contact details, the price you asked for, and, when you apply, your gender and age.
Who sees it
Your contact details and your price are shown only to the owner of the job you applied to — never to other applicants. Job posts themselves are public and readable without signing in, but the poster's identity is not shown on them.
Reviewer photo
Before applying to a job you take a profile photo with your device's camera on the site. It is shown only to the owners of jobs you apply to — never publicly, never on the board or job pages, and never to search engines. Location and device details are removed before upload. When you change your photo the previous one is deleted straight away. We don't sell or share your photo. To have it deleted, email us at the address below.
Applicant gender and age
Before applying to a job you give your gender (male, female, LGBTQ+ with a male gender identity, LGBTQ+ with a female gender identity, or prefer not to say) and your age. Web, app and game projects may each look for a different kind of reviewer. These details are shown only to the owners of jobs you apply to — never publicly, never on the board or job pages, and never to search engines. We store your age as a birth year so the age shown stays current. You can change your answers each time you apply, and choose “prefer not to say” for gender.
Administrators
Reviewder's administrators can see account, job and application data, including reviewer photos, gender, age and contact details. They use it only to investigate misuse, such as scam jobs or unsuitable photos, and to help users. Administrators may remove a job, delete a photo or suspend an account that breaks the terms; every such action is logged with its reason.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — only a transaction reference, the amount, and the payment status.
Cookies
We use one cookie, which keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your own posts at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and the data attached to it.
